Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti wants Gareth Bale to leave the Bernabeu as soon as possible, according to a report.

Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti has reportedly run out of patience with Gareth Bale and wants the attacker to leave the Bernabeu as soon as possible.

Bale, 32, started his side's first three league matches of the season but has not featured since due to a knee problem.

The former Southampton youngster has joined up with the Wales squad, though, and is in line to feature in Saturday's 2022 World Cup qualification fixture with Belarus.

According to El Nacional, Ancelotti is unhappy with Bale's decision to join up with his international teammates, and the Italian has now run out of patience.

The report claims that the Real Madrid manager wants club president Florentino Perez to attempt to sell the attacker in January or release him on a free transfer, as his contract is due to expire next June.

Tottenham Hotspur manager Antonio Conte is allegedly keen for Bale, who spent last season back on loan with Spurs, to return to North London.
