Southampton midfielder Steven Davis believes that he and his teammates have enough quality to survive relegation from the Premier League.
The former Championship outfit are four points away from the drop zone in the table following a 2-1 victory over Chelsea at St Mary's on Saturday.
"To be honest, I think we're safe enough in terms of the personalities in the squad," Sky Sports News quotes Davis as saying.
"We all know what we have to go and give in each game to go and get a result and that's the way we are in the Premier League."
The Saints face Reading, who sit at the bottom of the table, on Saturday.
