Live Video: Man City 1-1 Liverpool - reaction

Sports Mole Editor Barney Corkhill and Football Editor Matt Law provide live reaction to this afternoon's 1-1 draw between Manchester City and Liverpool.

Manchester City and Liverpool played out a 1-1 draw at the Etihad Stadium this afternoon, with neither title hopeful able to strike an early blow against their expected biggest rivals.

A breathless first half saw controversial penalties awarded to both sides, with Mohamed Salah tucking Liverpool's away but Kevin De Bruyne missing the target for Man City - although he did provide the assist for Gabriel Jesus's equaliser.

The second half was a much lower-key affair, though, with further big chances at a premium as the two sides shared the spoils.

Watch below for Sports Mole's verdict on the contest.
