Bolton and Wolves each take a point after a 1-1 draw at the Reebok Stadium.

Bolton failed to clinch a winning end to 2011 as they were held to a draw by Wolves at the Reebok Stadium this afternoon.

The home side were first to get on the scoresheet with a surprise goal from Samuel Ricketts, who knocked into the top right of the goal on 22 minutes.

It was a trademark header from Steven Fletcher that drew the sides level just after the restart, before end-to-end chances called upon the services of Wayne Hennessey and Jussi Jaaskelainen.

The visitors dominated the final 20 minutes of the game but were left frustrated by the Bolton defence.

Wolves now sit 16th and two points clear of safety, while Bolton are rooted to the bottom of the table.
