Team News: Two changes for Bayern Munich against Schalke 04

Bayern Munich make two changes for their Bundesliga clash at home to Schalke 04.

Bayern Munich coach Pep Guardiola has made two changes to his starting XI for tonight's Bundesliga clash at home to Schalke 04.

Medhi Benatia and Mitchell Weiser are both brought into the side following last week's 4-1 thrashing by Wolfsburg.

Robert Lewandowski and Sebastian Rode are the players who are dropped to the bench at the Allianz Arena.

Schalke have made three changes after beating Hannover last time out, with Joel Matip, Sidney Sam and Kevin-Prince Boateng all given the nod by Roberto Di Matteo. Klaas-Jan Huntelaar misses out through suspension.

Bayern: Neuer; Benatia, Boateng, Alaba; Alonso, Schweinsteiger, Bernat, Weiser; Gotze, Muller, Robben
Subs: Dante, Lewandowski, Pizarro, Gaudino, Rode, Badstuber

Schalke: Giefer; Howedes, Uchida, Fuchs, Nastasic, Matip; Meyer, Boateng, Neustadter, Sam; Choupo-Moting
Subs: Wellenreuther, Aogo, Sane, Ayhan, Barnetta, Sobottka, Platte
