San Francisco 49ers tackle Joe Staley says that he feels good despite appearing to injure his knee during the team's win over the St Louis Rams last night.

Joe Staley has said that he feels "good" despite appearing to injure his knee during the San Francisco 49ers' win over the St Louis Rams last night.

The left tackle let out a loud scream, and was assisted by players and coaches from both teams, leading to fears that he may have sustained a serious injury.

The 29-year-old, who was able to walk onto the team's bus after the game, later tweeted: "I'm good. And I scream like no dude should ever scream lol my bad."

In his post-game press conference, head coach Jim Harbaugh added that the team had "dodged a bullet" with the injury.
