San Francisco 49ers turn around a 3-0 first-quarter deficit to lead the St Louis Rams 14-3 at half time.

The San Francisco 49ers lead St Louis Rams by 11 as the two teams head into the half-time break at the Edward Jones Dome, Missouri.

The Rams were first on the board when Greg Zuerlein sent a kick between the posts midway through the first quarter.

However, the 49ers hit back with two touchdowns in the second quarter.

Firstly, Anquan Boldin stormed into the endzone after being found by Colin Kaepernick, before Frank Gore ran in a 34-yard touchdown to take full control before the interval.
