Norway's curlers beat Switzerland, put pressure on Team GB

Norway have defeated Switzerland 5-3 in today's men's curling competition at the Sochi Games.

Although the two teams were level on points at the halfway point of the contest with the scoreline evenly poised at 2-2, the Scandinavians took two stones in the next two ends.

The Swiss pulled a point back, but Norway restored their two-stone advantage in the final end.

The result means that three teams out of Great Britain, China, Norway and Canada will qualify for the next round, along with Sweden.
