Marion Bartoli has made it through to the fourth round of the US Open after defeating fellow Frenchwoman Kristina Mladenovic in straight sets.
Eleventh seed Bartoli broke three times to breeze through the first set 6-2 in just 32 minutes.
She then squandered three break points before being broken herself as Mladenovic looked to have taken control of the second.
However, Bartoli broke back instantly before doing so again to close out the match 6-4.
