Rafael Nadal says that he is playing better and better every day after reaching the last four of the US Open.
World number two Rafael Nadal believes that he played his best match of the US Open after advancing into the semi-finals on Wednesday.
The Spaniard thrashed compatriot Tommy Robredo with a 6-0 6-2 6-2 win at Flushing Meadows in the last eight.
Nadal feels that he is reaching top form and is delighted with his recent displays.
"I'm happy," Nadal told reporters. "I think I played my best match of the US Open.
"I'm playing a little bit better every day and it's a great year. I'm very happy to be in the semi-finals. I want to enjoy every moment."
Nadal will face Richard Gasquet in the last four.
