Wales make three changes for France clash

Wales coach Warren Gatland has made three changes to his side for Friday's Six Nations clash with France in Cardiff.

Luke Charteris, Rhys Webb and Liam Williams have all been included in the starting XV.

Meanwhile, Mike Phillips has to settle for a place on the bench at the Millennium Stadium.

Wales come into the match against Les Bleus with one win and one defeat from their opening two fixtures of the competition.
