Scotland fly-half Finn Russell has been cited for a dangerous tackle on Wales's Dan Biggar during Saturday's clash between the teams in the Six Nations.
Russell was shown a yellow card for the incident before the Scots went on to lose the match 26-23 at Murrayfield.
The player will face a disciplinary hearing later this week.
Scotland continue their Six Nations campaign on February 28 when they entertain Italy.
