Shaun Wane disappointed by Wigan Warriors attitude

Wigan Warriors coach Shaun Wane admits that he was disappointed by the attitude of his team during their shock defeat to Bradford Bulls in Super League.

Wigan Warriors coach Shaun Wane has hit out at the attitude of his team following their shock defeat to Bradford Bulls in the Super League.

The Warriors' hopes of finishing at the top of the table suffered a blow on Sunday as they were beaten 16-8 by the relegated Bulls.

However, Wane is confident that his players learn from their mistakes and not allow such a result to happen again.

"They understand where we need to improve and make sure the mentality we had on Sunday never comes back," he told Sky Sports News.

"We went with our attitude not bang on. It's disappointing. We had the chance to win the game and we didn't close it out."

Wigan continue their Super League campaign on Thursday when they welcome Salford Red Devils to the DW Stadium.
