Warrington Wolves forward Ben Westwood is charged by the RFL for allegedly punching Wigan Warriors's Blake Green during Saturday's Grand Final.

Warrington Wolves forward Ben Westwood has been charged by the Rugby Football League for allegedly punching Wigan Warriors's Blake Green during Saturday's Grand Final.

The 32-year-old England international will face an RFL disciplinary tribunal on Tuesday after being accused of the Grade B offence.

The incident took place during the opening minutes of the match at Old Trafford, with Wigan going on to claim a 30-16 victory.

If found guilty, Westwood could face a suspension.
