Ben Westwood to face Rugby Football League disciplinary panel

Ben Westwood faces the prospect of missing Warrington Wolves' Challenge Cup semi-final due to suspension.

The 34-year-old has been accused of a shoulder charge on Luke Gale during his side's 44-6 victory at Castleford Tigers on Sunday.

Westwood could now be banned for up to two games, including next weekend's semi-final against Hull Kingston Rovers, having already submitted an early guilty plea this season.

Meanwhile, forward Ben Garcia has been charged with a Grade A dangerous throw during Catalans Dragons' 36-22 defeat at Leeds Rhinos.
