Catalan Dragons 44-14 Hull FC

Catalan Dragons go third in the Super League table thanks to a comfortable 44-14 win over Hull FC.

Catalan Dragons have gone third in the Super League table with a convincing 44-14 win at home to Hull FC.

It was the visitors who took the lead after eight minutes as Ben Crooks touched down.

However, the Dragons took the lead minutes later thanks to Leon Pryce's try. Scott Dureau kicked over the first of six goals to make it 6-4.

Dureau then went over himself on 32 minutes before a Daryl Millard score stretched the advantage.

Jack Briscoe scored a try for the hosts soon after to give Hull some hope, but Dureau went over again two minutes before the break to put Catalan 22-8 in front at half time.

Tries from Millard and Damien Blanch saw the home side move out of sight inside the opening 10 minutes of the second half.

Another Briscoe score, converted by Joe Westerman, moved Hull into double figures before two tries from Clint Greendshields capped a successful afternoon for the Dragons.
