Steve Menzies undecided on Catalan Dragons future

Steve Menzies confirms that he has yet to decide on his future.

The oldest ever Super League player Steve Menzies has confirmed that he has yet to decide on his future.

The Catalan Dragons have reportedly offered Menzies a new contract after his starring role in the Exiles' win over England, and the Australian says that he is hoping to decide in the coming weeks.

"I'm still mulling it over," Sky Sports News quotes Menzies as saying. "I wanted to have something done by now but it's taking a bit longer.

"The sooner the better, perhaps the next two or three weeks, but I've said that before.

"I've put [Catalan] in a difficult situation being an overseas player. If it was just a normal position, it wouldn't be as critical but a quota spot is pretty important."

Menzies started his playing career in 1993.
