Michael Channing makes Castleford Tigers switch permanent

Centre Michael Channing agrees a two-year deal with the Castleford Tigers following a loan spell with the club earlier this year.

Michael Channing has signed a two-year contract with the Castleford Tigers following a loan spell with the side earlier this year.

The centre spent the end of the regular Super League season with the club on loan from the London Broncos.

Coach Daryl Powell told the Castleford website: "Michael has fitted into the club seamlessly as both a player and a person.

"He is a young centre with a lot of potential who will continue to thrive in our culture."

The 21-year-old made four appearances for the Tigers, scoring three tries.
