Tottenham Hotspur fans create "lost" Erik Lamela posters

Tottenham Hotspur fans create missing posters and ask the Metropolitan Police for help finding "lost" winger Erik Lamela.

Tottenham Hotspur fans have created posters asking for help finding "lost" winger Erik Lamela.

The club broke their record transfer fee to bring the 22-year-old to White Hart Lane last summer, but he has not played since New Year's Day.

The posters have been put up around North London and describe Lamela as a "much loved but hard-to-train young pet" who was last seen "walking around in a daze, looking vacant and confused".

Another fan tweeted the Metropolitan Police with a picture of the Argentine, who has been linked with a move to Italy this summer, asking to file a missing person report.
