Video: Manchester United's Rio Ferdinand sings some "old skool R&B" on way to training

Manchester United defender Rio Ferdinand appeared to be in high spirits on his way to training on Thursday as he sang along to some "old skool R&B" in his car.

The 35-year-old posted a video online of himself miming along to a song, the morning after United secured a place in the quarter-finals of the Champions League by beating Olympiacos.

Alongside the video on Instagram, Ferdinand, who started Wednesday night's match at Old Trafford, wrote the message: "#TunesFromTheCar loving the old skool R&B!"
