Ryan Tunnicliffe charged with drink-driving

Manchester United midfielder Ryan Tunnicliffe has been charged with drink-driving following an incident on Saturday afternoon.

The 19-year-old was arrested after a car collided with a van in Manchester and it is understood that the youngster was driving with excess alcohol in his system.

According to the BBC, the front seat passenger in Tunnicliffe's Range Rover was injured, while the van also collided with the wall of a house.

He will appear in front of Bury Magistrates on October 25.
