Wayne Rooney invited to Amir Khan's UK wedding celebrations?

British boxer Amir Khan has reportedly invited Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney to his second wedding celebration.

The 26-year-old is planning to hold a ceremony in the UK following his nuptials to American 21-year-old student Faryal Makhdoom in New York City last week.

It is believed that Rooney, along with former boxer Ricky Hatton, have been invited to the wedding bash in Salford, Greater Manchester on Sunday, according to The Sun.

Khan, who is a Bolton Wanderers fan, was spotted last month partying with the United players following their Premier League title triumph.
