Wayne Rooney's son opts for The Joker outfit on Halloween

Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney dressed up his son Kai as famous Batman character The Joker for Halloween.

The two-year-old donned a pair of purple trousers and matching coat and had his face painted white with a bright red smile across his mouth and dyed green hair.

Rooney's wife Coleen posted a photo of the toddler on Twitter, with the caption: "Happy Halloween!! Kai has loved it!!"

Meanwhile, the 27-year-old frontman spent the evening watching his side lose 5-4 to Chelsea in the fourth round of the League Cup.
