Singer Miley Cyrus spotted wearing Manchester United shirt in Birmingham

American singer Miley Cyrus appears to have shown her allegiance to Manchester United after being photographed wearing a Red Devils football shirt in Birmingham.

The former Disney star, who is currently on the UK leg of her Bangerz tour, arrived in the Midlands following her show in Manchester.

The 21-year-old was photographed wearing the United home shirt under a black coat when she stepped off her tour bus in Birmingham at the weekend.

United, who are reportedly hoping to announce Louis van Gaal as their new manager today, finished seventh in the Premier League table in the 2013-14 season.
