Usain Bolt: 'Royal baby should support Manchester United'

Bolt wants royal baby to support Man Utd

Olympic champion sprinter Usain Bolt believes that the son of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge should support Manchester United, despite the child's Aston Villa connections.

The Midlands outfit, whom Prince William supports, created a replica kit for George Alexander Louis the day after the baby was born.

Despite the Duke's loyalty to Villa, Bolt, who is a United supporter, has claimed that he wants to take Prince George to Old Trafford when he grows up.

"I just hope he doesn't follow in his daddy's footsteps and become an Aston Villa fan," The Sun quotes Bolt as saying. "It isn't fair to put a child through that, especially not a prince.

"When the Prince is old enough, I would love to take him to Old Trafford. It is only fair on the little prince he gets to support a winning team."

Bolt competed in the London Anniversary Games over the weekend.
