Liverpool reportedly pencil in Monday, May 18 as the potential date for their Premier League victory parade.

Liverpool have reportedly started talks with the city council over the logistics of their Premier League title parade.

Jurgen Klopp's charges are almost certain to win the league this season, having dropped just two points to sit 16 points clear at the top of the table with a game in hand.

According to The Athletic, the club have provisional plans in place for a victory parade on Monday, May 18 - one day after the final round of fixtures.

That date could be delayed, however, if the defending Champions League champions have reached their third successive final of the European showpiece, scheduled for May 30 in Istanbul.

The Reds could are likely to make certain of the title at some point in March if their winning run continues and nearest rivals Manchester City drop points in their upcoming run of fixtures.
