Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers in bitter property dispute with estranged wife

Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers is reportedly battling his estranged wife Susan over the legal ownership of their 102-property empire.

The ex-couple, who were married for 14 years, ended their 24-year relationship early last year, and Rodgers is now dating former Liverpool FC travel co-ordinator Charlotte Searle.

According to the Belfast Telegraph, in the divorce settlement Susan Rodgers is demanding 50% of the property portfolio and half of her estranged husband's earnings, which could rise to £20m by the time his Liverpool contract ends in 2018.

The portfolio, which was built up by the couple over the course of two decades, was presented during a hearing at the High Court in London earlier this week.

The former couple are parents to Anton, 20, and 17-year-old Mischa.
