Liverpool fans display Munich banner

A group of Liverpool fans in Thailand reportedly displayed a banner mocking the Munich air disaster during a pre-season friendly.

The Merseyside outfit rounded off their tour with a 3-0 victory over Thailand on Sunday in front of a packed crowd at the Rajamangala National Stadium.

Following the match, a picture of fans holding a banner reading, 'Alex Ferguson Out Working Go To The Hell (Munich, 58)', emerged online, according to the Daily Mail.

Eight Manchester United players and three staff members were killed in a plane crash in 1958.
