Outgoing Liverpool captain Steven Gerrard will release a new autobiography in September this year.
The 34-year-old will move to the United States this summer to play for MLS side Los Angeles Galaxy, ending a 17-year senior spell at Anfield.
Gerrard was recruited by the Reds when he was just eight years old and went on to win 10 trophies, one of which was the Champions League in 2005.
Penguin publishers have promised that Gerrard's new book will be "an intimate and revelatory account of his full playing career".
"I'm delighted to be working with Penguin and am looking forward to sharing my experiences with readers and fans," Gerrard said. "I hope to give them a book that they'll enjoy and which will be a lasting record of my time playing for club and country."
Gerrard's first autobiography was released in 2006.
