Steven Gerrard Foundation donates £10,000 to Zoe's Place Baby Hospice in Liverpool

The Steven Gerrard Foundation has donated £10,000 to Zoe's Place Baby Hospice in Liverpool.

The England captain personally delivered the cheque to the hospice on Monday and spent time with the children and their families.

"There are sadly so many children and hospices that are in need of help," Gerrard told Liverpool's official website. "I've visited many over the years, they are all amazing places and I hope that we can help many more in the future."

The hospice on Merseyside provides free end-of-life care for babies and infants.
