Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers visits 'Coronation Street' set

Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers has indicated that he is a fan of British soap Coronation Street by visiting the set.

The Northern Irishman is said to have spent a day away from preparing his team for the weekend's Premier League action to visit the ITV studios.

During his visit, the ex-Swansea City boss posed for a photograph with actor and Liverpool fan Craig Charles, who posted the picture on Twitter.

Charles accompanied the photo with the caption: "Me and my hero Brendan rodgers on the set of Corrie coooool."
