Chelsea captain John Terry plays pool with Neil Robertson

Chelsea captain John Terry plays a game of pool with Neil Robertson at the club's training ground in Cobham.

Chelsea captain John Terry took on world snooker number one Neil Robertson in a game of pool at the club's training ground in Cobham.

The Australian, who is a Chelsea fan, was invited to the Premier League outfit's training centre this week to meet some of the Blues stars.

"I was in the canteen in the morning before training to meet the players and I ended up playing a couple of games of pool against John Terry, who was a lot better than I expected," Robertson told the club's official website.

"He told me he was really nervous beforehand, but trust me, I was a lot more nervous than him, especially when I broke off for the first frame and he came on and cleared the table!"

The pair finished the contest on a 1-1 draw.
