Frank Lampard poses with his 'Simpsons' character alongside fiancee

Chelsea midfielder Frank Lampard was reunited with his The Simpsons character following his side's Champions League quarter-final win over Paris Saint-Germain.

The midfielder has been transformed into a character for the US cartoon alongside teammates John Terry, Eden Hazard, Fernando Torres and goalkeeper Petr Cech.

After the Blues secured their places in the Champions League semi-finals with a 2-0 win over PSG at Stamford Bridge, Lampard and his fiancee Christine Bleakley posed with a cardboard cut-out of his cartoon self.

The television presenter posted the photo on Twitter with the caption: "Doh!".
