Video: Female fans reveal obsession with Brazil star Neymar

Two Brazilian girls have revealed their obsession with Barcelona star Neymar ahead of the World Cup, which gets underway on June 12.

The former Santos player is expected to be at centre stage for Brazil as they host the global tournament, but the 22-year-old is already a main figure in the lives of Gabriella Lima and Lanny.

Eighteen-year-old Gabriella allowed cameras into her bedroom, which is covered head to toe in posters of the Brazilian footballer.

While speaking to Ruptly, Gabriella said: "Neymar makes us feel very happy because all his achievements are made as our own.

"We often help him to be liked through poll, and he reciprocates very well with his affection, he conquers our hearts. My dream is to hug him and never let go."

Lanny added: "Mine is to have five minutes with him and talk about all I feel for him, but I think at the time I would not be able to say anything."
