Neymar's parents 'pocket £34m of £50m fee Barcelona paid for starlet'

Neymar's parents 'pocket £34m from Barca'

A company owned by Neymar's parents reportedly pocketed more than 70% of the £50m transfer fee paid by Barcelona for the Brazilian star.

The Spanish giants have revealed that N&N Consultoria Esportiva and Empresarial Ltd, which is owned by Neymar's mother and father, received money as a result of the player's move from Santos last year.

The figures, which include £34m being paid to Neymar and his parents, were divulged after a Madrid judge was asked by Spanish prosecutors to look into alleged irregularities in the transfer, according to The Telegraph.

It has been claimed that the price of Neymar's move could rise from £48.6m to over £63m.
