Brandt Snedeker: 'I'm playing my best golf'

Brandt Snedeker has revealed his excitement ahead of his debut as an American team member in the Ryder Cup.

The 31-year-old has enjoyed a good run of form in recent months and his successful season hit a new high when he recorded a victory in the FedEx Cup last weekend.

Snedeker said: "My confidence right now obviously is at an all-time high.

"I'm playing the best golf of my career, backed it up with taking a lead into Sunday last week and winning with the lead for the first time.

"I beat some of the best players in the world last weekend. So I feel like my game is exactly where it needs to be. And Friday morning can't get here quick enough."
