Sebastian Vettel hails "perfect" race

Reigning World Champion Sebastian Vettel has expressed his happiness at securing maximum driving points in Singapore earlier today.

The victory has put the 24-year-old on the cusp of claiming his second successive Drivers Championship.

"I love the track and I love the challenge," Vettel told BBC Sport. "Last year I finished second to Fernando [Alonso], this year it's great to come back and get the job done.

"We can be proud of ourselves again. In the heat we kept our heads cool.

"It was a perfect day at the office today."

Victory in Japan in the next race will see Vettel regain the World Title.
