Sebastian Vettel on pole in Singapore

Red Bull ace Sebastian Vettel has secured pole position for the Singapore Grand Prix on Sunday.

The German faced a nervous few moments at the end of qualifying as Nico Rosberg came close to pipping him to pole.

However, he will start at the front of the grid with Romain Grosjean completing the front three.

They are followed by Marc Webber and Lewis Hamilton in fourth and fifth respectively, while Fernando Alonso and Jenson Button are down in seventh and eighth.
