Mark Webber "satisfied" with Red Bull car

Mark Webber has admitted that he is content with the Red Bull car for the 2012 season.

The Australian completed 55 laps of the Jerez track during the first day of pre-season testing this afternoon.

Following the conclusion of the session, Webber revealed that the car has given him confidence for the season ahead.

"It's very early days but so far, so good. We had some late parts because of the fog at the airport but we made a reasonable recovery," said Webber.

"We still [managed] 55 laps and the car ran very well this afternoon. We're satisfied so far. I'm very optimistic I can have a good season."

Webber finished third in the standings last season.
