Daniil Kvyat: 'No pressure in first season at Red Bull'

Rookie Daniil Kvyat insists that there is no pressure on him as he embarks on his first season with Red Bull.

Daniil Kvyat has insisted that he is under no pressure and has not been set any targets by Red Bull during his first season with the team.

The Russian was chosen to replace four-time champion Sebastian Vettel at the Milton Keynes-based constructor, but the youngster insists that he is not fazed by the challenge ahead.

He told reporters: "I haven't really set any targets for the 2015 season. We're just going to try and achieve the best results possible with hard work and the right attitude. I think that is the best thing we can do now without dreaming or guessing where we're going to be.

"Theoretically, there is more pressure on me but, on the other side, I don't really care about it that much. I'm just going to focus once again on the right things - just thinking about the results and the work on the track and not that sort of thing. That's up to other people to think about, not me."

Kvyat has been promoted to Red Bull after only one season with Toro Rosso, having joined the sister team at the beginning of 2014.
