Hamilton claims Hungary pole

Mercedes's Lewis Hamilton has claimed pole position for the Hungarian Grand Prix.

The Briton beat Red Bull's Sebastian Vettel by less than four hundredths of a second.

Vettel's teammate Mark Webber reached Q3, but chose not to set a time as he had suffered a KERS failure earlier in qualifying.

Lotus's Romain Grosjean completed the top three, but Kimi Raikkonen was unable to match his teammate's pace and finished sixth.

Force India's Paul di Resta was knocked out in Q1 along with Esteban Gutierrez of Sauber, who had missed this morning's final practice with an engine problem.
