Lewis Hamilton tops second practice

Lewis Hamilton records the fastest time in the second practice session ahead of the Belgian Grand Prix.

Mercedes driver Lewis Hamilton has got the better of teammate Nico Rosberg to set the quickest time in the second practice session ahead of the Belgian Grand Prix.

Rosberg topped the standings during the morning, but Hamilton, who sits 11 points behind his teammate in the standings, finished more than half a second ahead of the German in the afternoon session.

Fernando Alonso finished in third place in his Ferrari, while Williams driver Felipe Massa ended the 90-minute session in fourth position.

McLaren driver Jenson Button edged out Valtteri Bottas for fifth, with Red Bull's Daniel Ricciardo being forced to settle for eighth place.
