Lewis Hamilton: 'Vettel not the best driver'

Sebastian Vettel is not the best driver in Formula 1, according to Lewis Hamilton.

Despite closing in on a fourth successive World Championship title, Sebastian Vettel is not the best driver in Formula One, according to Lewis Hamilton.

The Briton believes that his former teammate, Fernando Alonso, is the best driver in the sport – this despite the Spaniard trailing the German by 60 points in the drivers' standings.

Hamilton told Allgemeine Zeitung: "He (Vettel) is not unbeatable; his car is unbeatable. Fernando is the strongest driver I've raced against in my life."

Hamilton qualified second for Sunday's Korean Grand Prix.
