Report: Wolverhampton Wanderers keen on Jayson Leutwiler

Shrewsbury Town goalkeeper Jayson Leutwiler is reportedly a transfer target of Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Due to the fact that Emiliano Martinez has returned to Arsenal following his season-long loan stint at Molineux, Carl Ikeme is the only senior keeper at the club.

As a result, the Express & Star claims, head coach Kenny Jackett has identified Leutwiler as the ideal addition.

The 27-year-old is out of contract at Greenhous Meadow, although the Shrews are thought to have offered him an extension.

Leutwiler, who has represented Switzerland at Under-21 level, was previously linked with Cardiff City and Charlton Athletic.
