Emmanuel Frimpong to have scan on injured knee

Wolves midfielder Emmanuel Frimpong will have a scan on a suspected knee ligament injury, according to boss Mick McCarthy.

Frimpong, 20, joined on loan from Arsenal in January, and McCarthy has admitted he is unsure as to the extent of the knock.

"He's got a brace on and he was carried off. On a scale of one to 10 I have no idea. I haven't got a clue," McCarthy told Sky Sports News.
