Report: West Ham United, Southampton eye Dani Garcia move

West Ham United and Southampton are both reportedly considering a January move for Eibar midfielder Dani Garcia.

The 26-year-old's current deal at Eibar expires at the end of next season and it is understood that contract talks have stalled over the last few weeks.

Werder Bremen have previously been credited with an interest in the midfielder, but according to Marca, Premier League duo West Ham and Southampton will go head to head for his signature next month.

Garcia joined Eibar from Real Sociedad in 2012, initially on loan, before making the move to Ipurua Municipal Stadium on a permanent deal in 2014.
