David Moyes makes two changes for Sunderland's trip to West Ham United.

Patrick van Aanholt, who had picked up a muscle strain, is also able to start.

Hammers boss Slaven Bilic has made one forced change as Edmilson Fernandes comes into the side; he replaces Aaron Cresswell, who is suspended after picking up two yellow cards during last weekend's win against Crystal Palace.
