West Brom, West Ham reach Sakho agreement?

West Bromwich Albion have reportedly reached an agreement with West Ham United over the signing of Diafra Sakho.

The 26-year-old has been tipped with a move away from East London this summer after refusing to travel on the club's pre-season tour to Austria.

Sunderland were the side thought to be in the lead to land Sakho's signature but, according to Sky Sports News, West Brom are now poised to sign the Senegal international after agreeing terms with the Hammers.

West Ham co-chairman David Sullivan recently ruled out a sale due to a lack of attacking options, although Mario Mandzukic, Andre Ayew, Jese Rodriguez, Carlos Bacca and Alexandre Lacazette have all been linked with a move in recent days.

Sakho, who joined West Ham from French side Metz in 2014, scored five times in 21 top-flight appearances last season.
