Steve Clarke: 'No bids for Shane Long'

West Bromwich Albion manager Steve Clarke has said that there have been "no bids" for striker Shane Long, despite rumours linking him with a return to former club Reading.

Long signed for West Brom last summer and Clarke has made it clear that the Irish international is "not for sale".

We've had absolutely [no interest in] Shane," Clarke told the club's official website.

"There have been no bids and he's not for sale. He's 100% part of my plans."

Long has seven goals in 27 caps for Ireland.
