Malmo FF 1-0 West Bromwich Albion

Steve Clarke has lost his second consecutive game in charge of West Bromwich Albion as the Premier League club continued their pre-season campaign with a 1-0 defeat to Malmo in Sweden.

The only goal of the game came after nine minutes as Alexander Nilsson fired a smart finish past Boaz Myhill.

Gareth McAuley, Graham Dorrans and Peter Odemwingie all started for the Baggies, while Liam Ridgewell, James Morrison and Steven Reid came off the bench during the second half.

West Brom continue their preparations for the new season with a trip to Tamworth on Tuesday.
